Today I had the worst experience in service with Chris Cervantes! I always take my cars here for service so a few days ago I took my car for an oil change and to get it balanced. I received a call from Chris telling me they had taken my car for a test drive and the hood popped open( Chris had left it open when looking at the car) and this damaged the car. I understand things happen, so they got me into a rental and had it for a few days until it was fixed. When I go back to pick up my car I noticed it was damaged from the grill and Chris got upset because he wanted me to forcely take the car that way, he was trying to blame it on me and was giving me the worst attitude. Finally After going back and forth and him being so disrespectful I told him I was going to make notes on the paperwork that the car was damaged. While signing I made the note and Chris snatched the paperwork from my hands!!!! He was furious! And I was speechless, I got so upset that I asked him to call his manager I was not going to deal with someone that was treating me that horribly, And he said he was NOT calling his manager because it was not his job to do that. I ended up calling the receptionist from his office so she could send the manager. I wanted the manager to see the paperwork that was crumbled from him snatching it and the way he was acting towards me, their LOYAL CUSTOMER. There was a gentleman that witnessed everything outside the office which is embarrassing for NISSAN as a dealer. A few minutes later Danny came in and saved the day, he was so kind that he deserves 10+ stars. He took care of everything and was very attentive. It was obvious that he felt horrible about the situation. When it was time to leave I noticed my oil light was on so i asked Danny if he could check my car again because Chris was saying the oil Change was done, he just wanted me out of there I guess. Once Danny checked he realized they had NOT even done the oil change at all. Again, I was in disbelief Chris, their customer service advisors lied about a service getting done, an oil Change service that was paid out of MY Pocket. Ughh I’m just upset! Once again Danny took care of it by requesting the oil change to be done right away. I honestly really hope they let Chris go because his customer service is horrible, he made me not want to go back at all. If you get service here I strongly suggest you do not get it with Chris, instead ask for a different service advisor or just go elsewhere.
