"Came in without an appointment to pick up a replacement fob."

Came in without an appointment to pick up a replacement fob. Was told to go to parts Dept. Parts sent me back into the line at service. They said it would be 45 minutes to reprogram it. It was and I left. Matt and Dave were very helpful, but the waiting room was getting edgy, guess it was a busy day. Seemed things got overbooked.

"After the storm there is a rainbow!"

Our vehicle lost all electrical power and wouldn't even start. We had no clue what was wrong. We had our 2010 RAV4 towed from my rural community to Larry H. Miller's Toyota service department. We felt confident with their service department after taking our vehicle there for regular maintenance previously. Matt Perez was our service coordinator for service both times. Both times he took charge of the situation and knew exactly how to proceed. He reached out to Toyota's resources to make an accurate diagnosis of the repair necessary. We were given an honest assessment up front about potential costs as repairs were assessed. The communication was ongoing and professional. The same professionalism was extended to my insurance company. The end result was determination of the cause being the result of a previous repair by another company that had allowed water intrusion causing the electrical system to be ruined. It was major damage that would have cost me close to five thousand dollars. Larry H. Miller's thorough work and associated documentation resulted in our ability to verify warranty coverage by the other company. We would highly recommend Larry H. Miller's Toyota service department. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and professional and above all the outcome was repairs we can drive away with feeling peace of mind. When I picked up my vehicle Matt Perez informed me that they had also taken care of two outstanding recalls on our vehicle! In spite of all my phone calls and a million questions Matt Perez was never anything but professional and pleasant in all interactions.

The LHM team took great care of me from start to finish. Matt Perez was very attentive and friendly! I knew I was in good hands and had nothing to worry about. The team was quick and efficient and offered me a ride home while my car was in the shop. A very convenient option that I didn’t know I had!

"Best Dealership Ever?"

My representative assisted with all that was needed to keep my truck in tip top shape. My battery needed replacing so I was not a scheduled visit; however, the team took me in an assisted with my battery issues, plus did a 60K service. I was able to work on my laptop due to the available WiFi and didnt miss any of my very important work emails. I really find my experience at Larry Miller Toyota to be pleasant and very convenient. Thank you team!!!

Toyota Service department always takes full ownership of providing you with outstanding performance.. Anthony the service manager will go the out of his way to answer questions and resolve concerns. I have been going to the Toyota Service department for years and Anthony has never let me down, always friendly with a honest demeanor. I am on the road a lot and had an issues with one of my vehicles, it was late and I called his cell number and he walked me through the steps on correcting the problem, resolving and getting me back on the road.
