I drove off the lot went to program my phone and it read unavailable.. I called and returned immediately Tom Fischer my sales man says sorry... we looked at several Jeeps unfortunately this one doesn't have that feature. I commute from Central Wa. This is a feature I used in my 2013 wrangler and I wouldn't of bought this jeep if I would of known this.. He said he would pay 1/2 for it to be installed I left with tears in my eyes I just spent 35,000.00 and was so disappointed. I will find a different dealership to service my Jeep. Very disappointed in my experience with Look Larson Jeep More

Service department sucks I never write reviews. Felt I had enough. Had to bring the car in twice for a recall. 1st time they had it they called and said someone sold the parts I never write reviews. A few days later I emailed Paul with the specific options I was looking for. Paul and John did some research and came up with four different trucks for my review. We emailed back and forth for a few days until I picked the one I was interested in. I came in yesterday and decided that it was the truck I wanted. The process was very smooth. Paul and John were easy going. Not pushy and were able to talk about the specifics of the truck. I was satisfied with the price and very satisfied with the trade in value of my trade in. In the past, salesmen were very pushy. This was definitely not the case here. I also noticed while I was in the lobby waiting that all of the employees were very motivated and friendly. More
