Even after encountering a bump in the road with my insurance company Larson assured me that they would do everything to make sure that I was driving my brand new car home, and they did! My family drove an hour and a half to come to Larson because of the amazing service and the amazing people that work there. They even offered to take commemorative pictures so I would be able to look back and remember what an amazing day it was. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past there is none of the "I have to check with my Manager" Ron openly and honesty explains every phase of the buying experience and once a decision is made smoothly and orderly handles all the paper work processing (Titles,Insurance,Plates ect.)When it's time to pickup the vehicle it's always spotlessly detailed and Ron will spend as much time as you need to on instructions and car details patiently answering each and every question. I also want to complement Tracy Black who helped us temporarly lift a credit freeze and insuring that the Title was in both of our names as we wished. More
