By far the worst experience. My friend went to the dealership and agreed to a price on a new 2022 Jeep Wrangler. When he asked to speak with the manager he was treated very hostile and was told that was the new price. This is a complete example of bait and switch. Illegal, unethical, and immoral business practice by this dealership. I have spent 27 years as an executive manager for dealerships and this practice is saddening and in violation of the manufacturers dealership agreement. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! More

After waiting for 2 hours over my scheduled appointment, I notice the paper work was $10k over the agreed upon price. Everyone, including management played micky the dunse, I was floored by their response, when I approached the sales manager, he said he’d have to listen to my recorded call with Nico, salesman. Who, by the way admitted to the original agreed upon price in front of the finance manager. I liked that Lawless is family owned, but appalled at their lack of honesty in keeping their word. I’ll file a civil complaint, followed by complaints to Attorney Generals Office and Chrysler and see it through to the end on principle. I will start off by stating that my review is NOT for the actual vehicle service provided to my Jeep. My Jeep has/had what seem to be many problems, and that aside, I had a great experience initially dropping off the Jeep and feeling like they understood my problem. When it was taking a few days, I reached out to the manager, because the woman I was working with said she was scheduled to be out the next day. I did not originally see this as a problem, and so I called and spoke to the service manager. When we were talking it was as if he either never read the notes on the car, or perhaps they were not input correctly because none of the information he was asking was correct to the problems I was having. After going through in great detail with him, he said he would call me back in a few hours because with this new information, he had a few more things to look into. Well, I don't hear back from him in the few hours as a promised, and they close. After waiting and leaving voice mails (and paying for a rental car) I finally got back in touch with the service manager. He at this point told me that when we last spoke he told the employee (the one who previously said she was off that day?), to call me back the same day and come pick up my car, so it's just been sitting in the lot. He stated after we spoke he was on vacation, and did not hear my messages yet. There was nothing else they could do. At this point, I said, but you're the manager, and you told me that YOU would call me back. What about the other things you wanted to look in to? I was told I must have been confused he never said he was going to look at anything else, and it's good enough for him to tell an employee to call me back, it was her fault she didn't call, he doesn't have time to get back to everyone, and they are short staffed. WELL. Here's the thing. I don't like being spoken down to that I must not have "understood" because while I am not a mechanic, I do know that as a manager or simply as a decent human, when you hang up and tell someone you'll be back in touch in a few hours, that's what you do. End. Additionally, I know as a manager you don't point the finger to your employee. I didn't want a call back from her, I wanted a call back from YOU after YOU went and looked at my car like you said you would. How about keep your word? My car being fixed or not was not the point, I was extremely upset I paid for several days of rental car and my vehicle sat in a lot for a FULL WEEK for no reason. Also, if he was on vacation as he stated - well for one thing, wouldn't you make sure to tie up any loose ends before leaving? When I called for him, why didn't anyone mention to me that he was out of the office, when I asked for him? Also, wouldn't you mention that when we originally spoke? Something like, "I'll call you back in a few hours because then I am out for an extended period of time after today"? And lastly, as a proper MANAGER wouldn't your voice mail reflect you aren't even in the office and so people leaving messages are wasting their time? Instead I got spoken down to and "we can't change the past" and passing the buck, and every excuse in the book - including "we're short staffed". I work in health care; I'm well aware of how the entire world is short staffed. But I wasn't looking for staff. I was looking for a manager to keep his word. And I don't think that's too much to ask. I could not even speak to any managers when I picked up my car because I knew after losing money on a rental and being so disrespected that I could not get a phone call back as my car sat there for a week, there was no way I could calmly explain these problems, so it would be best to gather my thoughts and reach out to them at a later time; which I am. . . Bottom line : if my car dies in front on Lawless, I will pay for it to be sent elsewhere. I suggest you do the same. And if you want any level of service? AVOID. I am STILL upset by how this was handled. More

Lawless uses high pressure deceptive tactics to upsell features like extended warranties even after you say no several times. They just try to wear you down. I am currently lease two Jeeps with Lawless and had no intention to upgrade either one of them until they sent an email stating i was selected to a VIP upgrade!!! Lucky me...This erroneous deal states i could upgrade to a newer model with no money down and lower my monthly payment. normally i would be sceptical but my wife and i just did this with another dealership for her leased vehicle and it was an amazing experience with no BS I did my due diligence anyway and called Lawless about this amazing deal and asked some basic question like Would either of my vehicles qualify and the Sales associate says ABSOLUTELY!!! several times, so i asked him if i could email him any information to verify my current vehicles to save me a trip and he said NO you have to come down so a manager can look at my current leased vehicle. So i made an appointment for that night and went down and was prepared to start another lease. I Met with a salesman and told him why i was there, he sak ok and left to go talk to a manager??? and within 3 minutes he comes back and says no we can't do that... did not even look at my car that they needed to see? bottom line two managers reached out and basically brushed it off and said " we will talk to the employee because he was reading the information wrong" . Sometimes in Business you have to honor what you say,even if it means you are on the losing end and in this case they have lost me as a customer moving forward simply because of their deceiving practices. We asked to test drive one of the jeeps and he asked how serious we were... um, what? After coming back from the test drive I had to hunt down the salesperson, who never actually reappeared and I handed off the key to someone else who shouted across the sales room "Do you have any questions?" He was ~15min late for our appointment, and he may have made eye contact with my wife one time through our entire 45min conversation, despite the fact she was asking questions and actively participating in the conversation the whole time - Junior didn't ask us a single question. Not one! (what we do for work, what we are looking for in a new vehicle, if we are considering leasing or buying, what lease or purchase terms we'd be interested in - literally not a single question). Instead, he only talked about himself: how important it is for his monthly numbers to ‘move this unit,’ and he literally guaranteed us that he would win our business (I'm pretty sure he said 'when I win your business, which I will win your business' at least 7 times rather than asking us ‘what would it take for me to win your business?’) - At the end of our conversation, Junior confirmed that he would be in touch with both a lease option and a purchase option based on the terms that we laid out for each, respectively. It's been 2.5wks and we've heard nothing. According to their online inventory, they still have the vehicle (now with ~1,200 more miles on it than when we drove it)...clearly they're in no rush to do business by selling it to an interested buyer! - Go to Brigham Gill in Natick instead (I promise it's worth whatever difference in travel time you may experience for the respect and service you'll receive) I’m in sales, and my wife is a financial planner. I would never navigate a conversation with a prospect the way that Junior did – it’s about them, not me. Primarily, he kept trying to do some razzle-dazzle with the monthly payment. But guess what? We couldn’t care less about the monthly payment! Had he asked us any questions at all, he would know that I’m in sales, my wife is a financial planner, and our only concern is the base price of the vehicle. Not only was this interaction a complete waste of our time and energy, but the way that Junior interacted with us (including the fact that he never followed up on the quotes we agreed upon) was incredibly disrespectful and arrogant. I’m thrilled for Lawless that their business is thriving SO MUCH that they don’t feel the need to stay engaged with someone who could (and most likely would) pay cash for this vehicle… More

I was contacted by Noah to review the Jeep and he was pushing for a test drive. I mentioned I have already test driven the exact model, just wanted to work on pricing and how we could come to an agreement. I asked if he could provide me with his best price, given I already had a price quoted by the car buying program for that specific Jeep. He actually quoted me $4K above the advertised MSRP. When I pointed out the "special" E price on the Lawless website and provided the car buying quote, I was told those prices were wrong and the MSRP was the non-negotiated price and would not compromise. I contacted the Director of Operations as was told because of demand, they were not going to negotiate price beyond the MSRP and used the excuse for the sales rep quoting $4K was for taxes and fees, which is absurd, knowing the dealer fees should not exceed $600. I do understand the current timing has created a limited inventory for 2020 and the 2021s are unknown when to be delivered, but to gouge a prospective customer using MSPR as the drop dead price is borderline unethical, especially when quoting a price that supposedly includes taxes and fees without disclosing exactly what those are. I would not recommend given the under-handed tactics and after reviewing the other comments, I am not alone. More
