"Wheel and tire"

I had an issue with vibration coming from tires while draining at high speed they visually checked wheel alignment and tire balance then increased tire pressure with the idea that it could be a flat spot from car sitting on the lot for several months.

"Not happy"

Oil spilt on valve cover and exhaust manifold causing smoke and nasty smell. Greasy hand print left on hood. Tires were not rotated as requested. Very disappointed with overall service however Frank was excellent to deal with and very professional.

"Problem with emmissions system resolved"

My Dodge Grand Caravan could not pass emissions testing since system was still "not ready" after I drove several hundred miles after a battery replacement. The Lawless tech was able to reset the computer and get the system ready so I could get my Mass. Inspection sticker.

"Not again!!!!"

My 2008 Jeep Wrangler has been in for the same issue at least 6 times. It doesn’t start consistently. You turn the key and it gets a half turn from the starter and the. nothing. sometimes it works on the first try and others it takes 10 times. You have replaced the starter and switches and we even talked about the TIPM. This time u had it for a week, only to tell my my after market camera could be causing it so they simply unplugged it and it seemed to be working fine now. Except then when we went to pick it up we could actually hear the guy trying to start it and bring it down from the lot... Guess what.... he couldn’t get it to start for 5 or 6 tries. But do you think he said something to us? Nope. I don’t know what else to do. Frank and Dave both know me well from this issue but i’m literally at my whits end. I guess I just need to go somewhere else and hope for a better outcome. This is my 19 year old daughters car and she’s away at college. every time you try it’s gone for weeks and comes back no better off. I need it to eke and be reliable for her. Sorry for rambling i’m just tired of this.
