Were were told we could have a vehicle at one price and when we returned to the dealership to sign we were the informed that the price would be 9k higher than what we were quoted. Leasing a new truck from Hatch Toyota in Silver City, NM, for my handicapped brother what is the best experience I have ever had in my 50 years of buying and leasing cars! It has been decades since I have experienced such a great customer service! The owner and the salesman went out of their way to fully understand what we needed, and we’re very creative in fitting a very tight budget for the perfect truck! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! We live 2 1/2 hours away from them, but we will deal with them anytime we need a new or used truck or car. More
