They treat you like your some uneducated idiot who can't go online and research their xx. Their service station is now closed on Saturdays which is very inconvenient for those who can't miss work during the week. Not to mention it took their service center over 35 days to fix my vehicle after an accident. Not a great place to take your vehicle for service and debit not a place to buy a vehicle. More
What a disaster! I purchased a new vehicle from Lawley's and in 2 years it was in the shop for issues 12 times. The customer service was horrible. On several occasions I purchased a new vehicle from Lawley's and in 2 years it was in the shop for issues 12 times. The customer service was horrible. On several occasions I waited for my vehicle 1 + hours after the car was ready to go even though they knew I was a "waiter". This last issue pushed me over the edge. After waiting 18 days for my vehicle to be fixed (they did provide a rental so that's a plus) they offered to "make it right" by getting me into another vehicle. That meeting ended up being nothing but a hard sell to buy a new vehicle, insulting comments, and inappropriate "jokes". I lost a lot of money throughout this ordeal. Never again! More

This has happened twice since I purchased my truck from Lawley Ford here in Sierra Vista, AZ. This truck does not leak oil, the dripping is because the technician that did the work was VERY sloppy and spilled oil all over the side of my engine and onto the frame. After my truck was parked in my driveway for about 30 minutes there was oil all over the concrete. I paid $129 for this service. I spent 2 hrs. Cleaning the underneath of my truck and the concrete . When I purchased my truck the sales person BRAGGED on Lawley's superior service. More

This is our second buy through Lawley Ford-Kia in Sierra Vista, and it was the least stressful buy we've ever made anywhere. We were looking for a lower priced, mileage plus, small car, with a good warranty. We looked at four cars, and decided on one in a very short time--all of our requirements were met. Our financing arrangements went very well, even better than expected. We love our new 2012 Kia Soul (alien green), and would buy again from Lawley. Nick and Chris are both assets to Lawley Ford Kia in Sierra Vista, AZ. We have had a good experience with Lawley Service Dept in the past also. More
Salesman promised navigation system installed on vehicle with sd card. Was instructed to come back Monday for the sd card. Upon return to the dealership, the sd card was refused. I own a small business in Sierra Vista, AZ and was currently looking to trade in my 2010 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler for a new 6.7 diesel Ford. I have heard horror stories of Lawley in Sierra Vista for years now, taking advantage of soldiers young (18 and 19 years old) on interest rates and prices, selling lemons and refusing to repair them, and so forth. I was working with Jim Click on a deal for a brand new F-250; however the internet salesman wanted to add in a “desert package” for 1000 bucks. What the xxxx?! I told him to remove it or I’m taking my business to El Paso, Scottsdale, Phoenix, or even the east coast if I had to. The internet sales person refused. (By the way I have all of the documentation if you want it, jkdgrappler123@yahoo.com) I went to Lawley because of my hesitation of going to Phoenix and ruining a weekend. Long story short, Lawley hooked up a deal using USAA and a great trade in value and got me twice the truck for the same price Jim Click offered. Although this was a lot of patient market research on my part, mostly my son, Lawley gave an unprecedented service in selling our new diesel. Tomorrow I will being picking an F350 SRW long bed with a lot of bells and whistle that Jim Click tried screwing me out of. I will most likely be buying another F350 dually tomorrow. GO TO LAWLEY!!! Before Lawley Motors took over the Ford dealership in Sierra Vista I felt compelled to go 180 miles to Phoenix to get good deals and good service when buying a vehicle. The old dealer would "never go that low on the price", which was always a price that the Phoenix dealer would gladly accept with no hassle. Well, things have changed. The service I received from Shane and the rest of the guys at Lawley Ford/Kia was second to none. And the price they quoted me was lower than I thought I would be able to get after researching dealer invoicing costs on the internet. There was no hassle in this transaction whatsoever. My wife and I were given great service and a great price on a vehicle we are extremely happy with. Thanks Shane. Sean - Shane has earned you a customer for life. My wife and I own a business in Sierra Vista and will be highly recommending Lawley Motors and Shane Harbuck to all our friends and clients. More

We worked with Shane and Dennis, and are now driving a car we love. From the first "hello" Shane was attentive and made us feel that metting our needs was his priority. He did not show us anything outside of our range or limit, and was simply there to answer questions and serve as a subject matter expert for the vehicle. Outstanding experience! I had a great experience with Lawley Kia / Ford in Sierra Vista. I worked with Shane, the Kia sales manager, and Dennis, the finance manager. Shane was extremely personable and accommodating. Shane walked us through their entire inventory to survey what they had that would meet my needs. Shane was up-front with us about costs and negotiating ability on the models I was interested in. He was not interested in wasting my time (which I greatly appreciate). I had my cousin with me who is extremely knowledgeable about buying cars. Shane did let us work the deal how we wanted to. Even though I'm sure it wasnt exactly pleasant for him, that was what we wanted to do. Shane and the team at Lawley worked with us on a deal that was great for me and great for them. I had a pleasant experience and at no time did I feel hassled or pressured. Granted a dealer is not out for your best interests. I get that. However, at no time did I feel Shane was trying to get one over on me. I will buy from Shane and the Lawley team any time. Thanks guys! More
