This is the first and last Jeep I will ever own. Sadly, I had some issues with it that I don’t think I would have had with another brand, they are issues that I haven’t had before. I recently took it to this dealership to have some maintenance work completed on it again, to find out my extended warranty expired 28 days ago, I purchased an extended warranty to cover me up to 5 years or 100,000 miles. I currently had 75,000 miles on it and owned it for 5 years and 28 days. I had been having issues with the transmission not shifting properly, I had this dealership look at it several times but could duplicate the issue and they could tell me is they gave the transmission an update. My shifting valve went out this time and needed repairs and they wouldn’t even consider covering under warranty. Just icing on the cake with this car and Jeep in general!
The customer service at this dealership is very poor. I’m not mad about the $1200 it cost me to have my vehicle fixed, I’m mad they didn’t even try to get this covered under warranty. With other brands I have owned this would not have been an issue. Infinity has done it, GMC has done it. Jeep didn’t even try, sadly I will never buy another Jeep or Chrysler product again, and it’s all related to customer service, and not being on your side.
