"Great Service"

I went in for service on My 2005 Liberty and found out they no longer make parts for it. I was surprised and unsure what I should do, when I decided to check out the used cars on the lot. Cory was terrific and personally helped me find vehicles within my price range. He paired me with Rick Rippy and the details were worked out on my new car! I had no idea I'd be purchasing a car, but it was easy and they were all very kind. I won't take my vehicles to any other service department than the one in Lee's Summit.

"Chrysler buyback"

Missy was extremely helpful with service of old van. She was the reason I wanted to get new van from Lee's Summit Dodge. Ron was very helpful with buyback of new van. Was disappointed that had to wait for GM but never say him.

"Brake Inspection"

At every oil change for the last year I have asked to have my 2008 Jeep Gr. Cherokee brakes be inspected. Back brakes had to have new pads. Yet, at over 137,000 miles the Service Dept. kept telling me I had 70% pads on my front brakes. With me seeming skeptical Service Advisor, Jesse Venzor, said let's pull all your wheels for an even closer inspection. Mechanic Sean Westbrook did just that. Then Sean had Jesse bring me out to the service bay for my own inspection. Sean quickly pointed out all my brakes had lots of pad left with no warping, leaks, etc. of any brake assembly. At close-out I asked what I owed for this extensive inspection. Jesse Venzor replied," It's on us. No charge." We politely debated this for a minute as I appreciated them showing, even at this high mileage, that everything was AOK. I thought it was only fair to pay for Sean's time and effort at fulfilling my request. Not so, LS Dodge Chrysler Jeep Service wouldn't budge on me not having to pay. This is why I return again and again to LS Dodge working with Jesse Venzor.

This experience was good. A welcome change! I did business there for approximately 3 years. It was nothing but aggravating. So I haven't been there in a couple years. You are convenient and I've been driving Chrysler 300's since 2005. I'm hoping for more good experiences like this one. Jeff was good to deal with. It was done before it was supposed to be. And, best of all there wasn't grease all over inside of the car. I'll look forward to another service there. Thank you!

"Dealership is not on your side "

This is the first and last Jeep I will ever own. Sadly, I had some issues with it that I don’t think I would have had with another brand, they are issues that I haven’t had before. I recently took it to this dealership to have some maintenance work completed on it again, to find out my extended warranty expired 28 days ago, I purchased an extended warranty to cover me up to 5 years or 100,000 miles. I currently had 75,000 miles on it and owned it for 5 years and 28 days. I had been having issues with the transmission not shifting properly, I had this dealership look at it several times but could duplicate the issue and they could tell me is they gave the transmission an update. My shifting valve went out this time and needed repairs and they wouldn’t even consider covering under warranty. Just icing on the cake with this car and Jeep in general! The customer service at this dealership is very poor. I’m not mad about the $1200 it cost me to have my vehicle fixed, I’m mad they didn’t even try to get this covered under warranty. With other brands I have owned this would not have been an issue. Infinity has done it, GMC has done it. Jeep didn’t even try, sadly I will never buy another Jeep or Chrysler product again, and it’s all related to customer service, and not being on your side.

It’s unfortunate that we previously reported transmission issues (while under warranty) and our files contain that information.... that seems fish?! Again, no problem... I will remember this experience on our next purchase and we will head back to the manufacturers that have customer service 28 days after warranties.
