On Sunday August 25 I scheduled a service appointment online for Wednesday August 28. In my comments, I let them know that I would need a vehicle to use while mine was left with them. Legacy Chevrolet never contacted me about the appointment to confirm anything. On Wednesday morning, I took it upon myself to call the service department to make sure I would have a vehicle to return to work in. Just as expected, due to the lack of communication on their part, they told me they did not have a vehicle available for me to use while my vehicle was with them. I had to ask for a supervisor to get an answer about how to set up a service appointment and have a vehicle from Legacy Chevrolet that I could use while mine was in the shop. The supervisor Ali, said they would give me a call back when they had a loaner vehicle available and we could set up service then. Apparently, customer service is not their priority. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and this is the only Chevrolet dealership close to me. I hope to hear back from the service department soon, but they have already missed that expectation once. More

I had my truck serviced for oil change and tire rotation, that part was done in a reasonable time. But once again my truck was returned to me with hand prints on my door and hood. I was told back in January that this would not happen again. I guess the management does not hold true to his word! I'm sure that if you are reading this that you will agree that we all pay good money for our vehicles and not to have them returned from service department with hand prints or anything else that was not on the vehicle when it went in for service. I will NOT be going back to legacy Chevrolet service again, twice is enough. Words of advice, if don't want hand prints left on your vehicle then don't take it to legacy Chevrolet service. More
