You said what I described does not align with your values as a business but the things I listed did happen. When we arrived at your dealership the salesman to me just wanted to make the sale. I felt pressured to lease a new car and I don't like feeling that way. When he came back with the offer we told him what we wanted to put down but he seemed to not care he said that was the best offer he could do no wiggle room at all. My 2021 Rogue had 14452 miles on it and it was in mint condition. We got very little compensation for that which was a big disappointment. When we left the $500 deposit we were told the balance would be $5447 and that was all we were told not that it was an approximation. The next day we called the dealership and after speaking with them they told us they would reduce our monthly payment from $424 to $399. When we arrived on Saturday to pick up the car we had an 11am appointment we waited over an hour for that appointment. When we finally sat down with finance department she had my wife sign a few papers and then told us what we owed when she gave us that figure I told her we were quoted $5447 she said he did not add the tax from the rebate so we get charged for tax on the vehicle and then get taxed on the rebate so we are taxed twice to me that does not sound right. Then when I pulled out my card to pay she said there would be a 3% fee which is also something we were not told about and that was an additional $180 on top of the figure that we were not quoted. I am so mad that my wife and I did not walk out we should have and that is on us but throwing figures at us without explaining how it was reached is not a good business especially in todays economy. The $25 less for the monthly payment I know deep down it was thrown into the downpayment figure so the management really did nothing for me just wanted to make the sale. When we finished with finance we went to the car which was not prepped at all the following was wrong: the car was full of snow, there was no windshield wiper fluid in the car, the tire pressure was set at 45 should have been 33 for the front and 30 for the back car rode very rough, the liftgate did not work we had to look it up in the manual and google to set it, was not told about the differences to the 2021 car has absolutely no horsepower like the 2021 the front display panel is different was not shown how to set it up, the car had the on off at full stops was not shown how to work that. It would have been nice for the salesman to spend a half an hour to go over all this and it would have been nice if you the dealership could have prepped the car for delivery to us I feel all you are interested in is making a sale and not pleasing the customer. We were not told of an incentives like we had with the 2021 Rogue like free oil changes for the life of the lease is that still true? If I could get all my money back and my 2021 Rogue and lease that for another 3 years that would satisfy us because this car it is not up to my expectations like the previous Rogue I leased. Back in 2021 the dealership was so much better what happened to you.

Yes we talked to Brendan we are still in talks nothing has been definitely settled. Lastly both my wife and I very disappointed in the cars horsepower no pickup on parkway which is quite scary sorry we leased this car it is nothing like the 2021 Rogue sorry we did not have the option to opt out like most contracts let you do because honestly we would have taken our money back and looked at different options.
