Servie review I recently had my car in for service 4 times. The first was for diagnosing the problem. When doing that, they forgot to put a piece of my car back o I recently had my car in for service 4 times. The first was for diagnosing the problem. When doing that, they forgot to put a piece of my car back on. On the next visit to have the actual service, they had to order that piece requiring me to visit a third time. The fourth visit was for a different problem and I was told it would be done at noon. Called at 1:15 and they said 45 minutes more. Got to the service department 45 minute later and waited an hour. I just would like more accurate timing so I don't have to sit around the dealership. The staff is incredibly friendly but I find the organization lacking. There are no signs as to what you are suppose to do once dropping your car off. There are people in cubbies on the phone or with other customers and no sign saying to wait there or go sit. During my 4 visits I witnessed numerous people asking the cashier what they were suppose to do once they drove their car into the service garage. More

The service department personnel are always friendly, professional, and courteous. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and we trust their recommendations. They let us know what our car needs, what service is recommended for the age and mileage, and never try to oversell. They answer our questions in a way that we can understand without making us feel that they are talking down to us. There are times when we could get the work done elsewhere for a little less but the bottom line is we trust this service center to do the job right the first time. More

Mostly good except I have bought 4 cars at Vinart dealerships. My most recent experience was very good up until the last visit. Having told the dealership when I would I have bought 4 cars at Vinart dealerships. My most recent experience was very good up until the last visit. Having told the dealership when I would pick up my car, it took 2 1/2 hours for the paperwork to be drawn up for a lease. In that time, new walk in customers were being attended to and some even made their deals and drove off while we waited. Excuse was that there was only one finance manager working at the time…not my problem. Dealership was very apologetic after I hit the roof. They are trying to make it better by offering me some future discounts. More

He took the time to listen to what features were important, what I needed in performance and economy, and my driving habits. When he made a recommendation for a test drive, I found his choice to be right on the money. I got the value I wanted for my trade in and fair financing --- although zero interest would have been better! Since I was there for a few hours, I noticed that all of the staff - sales, finance and service - were friendly, cordial and professional and appeared to work as a team instead of competing with each other. That says a lot about a dealership. I've already recommended LV Hyundai to three friends. More
