They checked it and apparently cleared the code. The very next day it was back on and now we are trying to get the issue resolved under the warranty. We keep getting the run around every time we call. They will take our name and number and never call us back. We have been hung up and spoke to many different “managers”. Our car is currently sitting at a dealership (not apart of Lithia) which we were advised to do by a so-called manager. The dealership has reached out to the manager and left 6 voicemails and they still haven’t called back. Save yourself the headache! More

They charged me almost $300 to check my engine issue on my new sonata and they told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle that i needed to get a 300-$900 maintenance that that may be the issue. I took it to another mechanic and they found oil in my airflow which is causing my car to misfire and not accelerate, oil leaking into the engine airflow tube and filter is serious and can cause damage to my engine! Horrible service and won't be returning to this dealership for service ever again. they also put that they washed and detailed my car and did not perform any car wash or inside cleaning whatsoever they only added it to make it seem like they did something… More
