My only complaint is that you advertised the vehicle I wanted but wouldn't let me see it for about 4 days. I could easily have bought a truck elsewhere. I worked with Frank Castro who did his best to keep me focused on this truck. When he finally let me know it was ready I came and bought it. The sales manager approached me and let me know Frank has been hounding him for days about that truck. And I immediately bought it. This shows, Mr. Sales manager, you should listen to Frank! Otherwise, no complaints. More
