Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Brought my M3 in, and asked if they were qualified to do the warranty service. Got a vague answer from Sean, and asked if there were an dealership. Brought my M3 in, and asked if they were qualified to do the warranty service. Got a vague answer from Sean, and asked if there were any qualified dealerships in the area. He started giving me independent shops that clearly don't do warranty work. I left my vehicle there regardless, and after 10 days of no communication, asked for an update. No response from Sean. After 14 days, I requested an update, and got "we'll have an update for you shortly". It took 7 more days of no communication, for a grand total of 21 days, until I finally got a call saying they couldn't do anything, had voided my warranty, and just let my vehicle sit under a tree for 3+ weeks. The loaner they gave me was disgusting, it had 6200 miles on it, and 6200 miles of dirt on the interior. The leather was white originally, but a dark gray when given to me. I cleaned the interior so I didn't have to sit in others filth. Overall, this couldn't have been worse, 0 stars. More
My wife and I worked with Ales when purchasing our M3, and couldn't be happier. We stopped in unscheduled, but he was very welcoming and happy to show us a the car we were interested in. He was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the car, and had excellent customer service. I would happily work with him again for a future purchase. The overall experience at Leith BMW was simple, low pressure, and overall pleasent. More
Sean has been my goto service advisor at Leith BMW for my M3s and my wife's X3M. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of and also remembers our preferences like not wanting the cars wa M3s and my wife's X3M. He always goes above and beyond to ensure we are taken care of and also remembers our preferences like not wanting the cars washed after service. Scheduling an appointment is always quick and easy and I can do it over text message (my preferred method of communication). When we've needed a loaner, Sean has always had one ready for us. Sean will also keep me updated via text whenever there are any updates or developments to share. I would highly recommend Sean as your Service Advisor at Leith BMW. More

Not knowledgeable mechanics!!!! AWFUL experience! I brought my car in to fix oil leak, they charged me $900.00 and it still leaks oil!! Not knowledgeable mechanics!!!! Excellent Service Department. Jason is wonderful I was having an issue with my BMW. When I drove up, the most wonderful woman greeted me. She was an incredible nice woman, and on a Monday morning! Excellent first service I recently purchased a new to me 2017 M4 which I knew had an open recall. I scheduled the recall service and a loaner car. Maurice Bryant and the team at Leith did a fine job in this my first visit. The repair was made as promised, the loaner was there when I got there and my vehicle out and ready when I returned. Plus, the recent implementation of texting makes communication a breeze. More

I don't think that any other service person I have known is as responsive as Mark, and his colleagues in service reflect that positive attitude and customer focus. I would also like to endorse David Malette in sales. Of the 8 BMW vehicles we have owned, all 5 purchased in Raleigh (after we moved here) were from Leith, and four of those five were bought through David Malette. He knows the cars and features and has a remarkable memory on the history of what we, the customer, like to see in a car. Leigh is fortunate to have people such as Mark Aliano and David Malette. More

Critical work has been missed, one of our cars suffered damage - in short, given the prices that BMW charges for maintenance, the value that we have received has not lived up to those prices. Moreover, a call to the service manager to discuss these issues went unreturned. I can say that they are far superior to the old Performance BMW (now BMW Southport), but only because Performance was an unmitigated disaster. I believe you can do better elsewhere for service on your BMW. More
