Excellent service experience My Altima failed me in a parking lot.Since the problem was related to the steering/intelligent key, I had it towed to the dealership. I have not had good experiences in the past with dealerships in general. This was a happy exception. Every person I met was friendly and helpful, from Jason who checked me in to Kim who handled my loaner. The problem was covered under a recall. Ralph kept me updated as to progress and findings. I authorized some additional maintenance work which was done in a timely manner. They even washed my car. Altogether, it went from a potentially miserable experience to a practically painless, pleasant one. Thanx More

What sets th I will be taking my Nissan Armada to Leith Nissan in Cary for all my service. Dealerships, as do people, make mistakes from time to time. What sets the great customer focused dealership apart from all the others is the ability to own a mistake and then make it right. Cheryl Furcini at Leith Nissan did that for me. I had a 4 wheel alignment that was done improperly resulting in my rear tires wearing out prematurely. Cherly placed me a loaner car, had my car realigned by a lead tech, and put new tires on my Armada. All at no expense to me. I HIGHLY recommend Leith Nissan in Cary for any Nissan owner needing service. Cherly and her team will take great care of you. More

Cheryl, the service manager, always gets involved with her cli I truly get excited to be able take my car to be serviced by the team at Leith Nissan. Cheryl, the service manager, always gets involved with her clients needs and ensures excellence with her service teams! Almost every time I come in for service, she inquires personally with me to ensure that I am getting 100% customer satisfaction! She directs her team to offer me the best prices too by using Nissan promotion savings coupons or package pricing! I have been a customer for at least 10 years and could not buy a car anywhere else due to my friends I have at Nissan in Cary! They are truly amazing! I just say "hats off" to a award winning service team that Bonnie, dealership manager, has at Leith Nissan in Cary! They will not let you walk out without truly getting excited to come back again! More
