Friendly and Outstanding Experience! Mike Berger was our sales agent, however my wife and I felt more like we were conversing with our favorite brother than someone trying to sell us a Je Mike Berger was our sales agent, however my wife and I felt more like we were conversing with our favorite brother than someone trying to sell us a Jeep. He was relaxed, pleasant, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy, Mike discussed options, wanted us to test things out, not just believe him. He indicated several times that this should be a "FUN" experience for us (which it was). Mike kept reminding us "I want you to be happy." He worked hard to stay within our presented budget, and advocated on our behalf for the final closing price (which was very fair). We were introduced to others within the "Lenihan Family" (my words), and each person, to include Mr. Lenihan himself made us feel like they had our best interest in mind. Would I return when looking for my next purchase-ABSOLUTELY. I have already highly recommended this organization to several friends, and we live more than 50 miles away. From the first time I expressed interest in the vehicle online, they called me immediately, listened closely to all of my qustions and offered plenty of advice and options. They were never pushy in the least, always making me comfortable during the entire purchase process. Their team worked extremely hard to get to the payment that I needed and reached out to every bank they could find in order to get me a fantastic interest rate (no other dealerships in the area could get me the rate that Lenihan gave me). When I arrived in the parking lot, their whole team greeted me at the door with smiles, shaking my hand and making me feel like family. It was so different than the other dealerships that I visited where they just herd you in and out like cattle, not asking you the right questions or caring about your needs.
