I bought this Hyundai Santa Fe 2013, I was told the price was going to be $10,500 but instead I was charged $10,750, then I told them that I have a car loan approved with Capital One, but instead my credit w was going to be $10,500 but instead I was charged $10,750, then I told them that I have a car loan approved with Capital One, but instead my credit was run multiple times with different financial institutions, I asked to have the car checked because I felt something when I test drove it so I can have it fixed after the purchase I was told nothing was wrong with the car, I took the car to Lester Glenn Hyundai they found out that turbocharger boost sensor needs to be replaced, so in general I was told lies multiple times. We paid $165 for Multi Point inspection Feb 15. In May we had to replace the turbo. This is caused by a dirty air filter that was "inspected" ... Almost $3000 for a repair that should have been prevented. Adding insult to injury took our vehicle in Sun Night for a scheduled Monday AM 7 hour repair expecting it back Tues. Did not get the vehicle back until Friday. Except for one call from the service rep telling me it would be more money ( shocker ) , we did not receive updates unless I called. I sent photos of the air filter my husband changed AFTER the turbo was replaced... More
