Any other sales person would have laughed at me when I told them I wanted to get out of a lease 2.5 years early and get into another car but Ron, while not promising me anything, at least took the time to see what could be done, if anything. The manager was so rude and I almost did not purchase a car from them for that reason. However, dealing with Ron Jones certainly changed my mind. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all! He really took the time to make sure that I knew all options available to me so that I felt comfortable about my decision.
