First, I was presented with on offer with one interest rate, but when the final paperwork was brought to me it was explained that there was an error and I was shown the incorrect rate. Mine would be higher, but due to the error they would not mark up the rate, the bank was giving me, as they told me they were eligible to do, to compensate for the mistake. Second, I feel like there’s a little bit of a bait and switch for your trade-in value. Their website offers a link where you enter your information and it comes back and gives you a trade in value for your car. When I was there, I was told that they actually use the value given by Carfax, not from the company on the link on their own website, which of course was lower than the one they display to you to bring you into the dealership. I ended up not including the trade in my deal, but feel that if they’re going to use the Carfax value that is the application they should have you put your information in on their own website to get the true amount that they’ll offer you. Overall, it was a good experience, much better than other dealerships that I’ve been to. If those things didn’t occur, I would’ve given a full five stars.. More

You filled my already filled washer fluid to the top and it was touching the fill cap. You slightly overfilled my coolant that was already at the fill mark. I always take care of this work and did not ask anyone to overfill anything, let alone even fill these things for a charge. Oil change and tire rotation were done ok. Your charging me $2.99 for your recently created document retention fee is a double charge as this job is your responsibility as part of the service. In other words, a garbage junk fee. More
