We walked out of the dealership. The next day, we made the trip to Wilde Lexus and met Carl Carpenter, Internet Sales Manager. He honored everything in his on-line quote. We settled on a fair trade-in value for our 2010 Lexus. In less than 2 hours, we had inspected our new RX350, signed paperwork, and were ready to get trained on all the technology on the new Lexus. They found the exact car that I wanted and worked the price that I wanted.....but I still couldn't say yes because I was nervous....I was able to go home and think about it, but was told that the car might sell and I took that gamble. I called early the next day they opened, Monday, and said I wanted the car and set an appointment for Wednesday to pick it up. When I got there Grant said my car sold before I called so he found another one just like it.......except it had an upgraded stereo.....I said how much more to me and he said nothing!!!! Because he paid attention to me when I test drove the other one he knew how important the stereo was to me. This was a great surprise. The entire process was seamless, professional and thorough. I will definitely recommend Wilde Lexus to everyone. More
