I've been a loyal Lexus owner, this is my third and probably my last if I have to use this dealership. This is the worst experience I've had. I came in to buy out my lease and was there for 3 hours at probably my last if I have to use this dealership. This is the worst experience I've had. I came in to buy out my lease and was there for 3 hours at a USED CAR DEALER, a nightmare. To be clear the salesman was new and had nothing to do with with this nightmare, it was the sales manager Daniel Mangiafico. It started when we asked for a breakdown of the extra presented costs, no explanation but was stonewalled. Finally part of the numbers were detailed with exorbitant costs & told that accounting set the costs and not him, then there was a stare down, what?...intimidation? After 2 hours of this, we got to the closer. Here it was hurry up, no straight answers & adding things we didn't want or need. Finally after this ordeal was over, we left. The next day we get a call to come back due to some papers were not correct. Then a few days later another call to come in AGAIN for correcting a mistake on the papers. This was all so transparent and ugly. Unless desperate and with no choice. I will not be back for maintenance or a new car. More
