I am so happy I got Chris for my car salesman. He was there for the whole duration of the process. Also Ana Lima was there w a smile to assist us and to make things expedient. The buying process was good, considering this was a used car. The only problem was the $2397 for "other fees," which is supposed to cover paperwork. That would cover a lot of paperwork. Most dealers charge car. The only problem was the $2397 for "other fees," which is supposed to cover paperwork. That would cover a lot of paperwork. Most dealers charge this kind of fee, but it seems usually around $300 to $700. So this is mainly profit for the dealer. I guess it allows them to advertise a $2000 lower price. Stopping at the finance guy takes too long, mostly an attempt to sell you more "warranties," which are, of course, prepaid maintenance. More
