BEWARE of the financial advisors and check the price before you sign the paperwork. They might trick you by adding $1,000 or more worth of additional fees that you had never agreed onto your loan. I cal before you sign the paperwork. They might trick you by adding $1,000 or more worth of additional fees that you had never agreed onto your loan. I called to inquire about the additional charges (Darcas Assurance) which I didn't agree to add to my loan and the financial advisor told me they had to add it on there if they gave the customer discount on the car which I didn't get it. I scheduled appointment with this advisor the other day to talk about this issue. I went there and was informed he had to leave early due to a family issue. I spoke with his manager instead. The manager told me that they needed to add it on the paperwork because they gave it to me as a complimentary. I was so confuse. Finally, he said that he need to take a look at all the paperworks on that day including the quote they gave me. I wanted to have the quote with me but they didn't let me have it. After that, I hadn't heard back form him. They charged me for $1,495 for Darcas Assurance, again I didn't agree but I only received a check $60 for tag and fee refund due to the incorrect car price. I tried to do the bussiness with them by adding two or three packages on and couldn't believe they still did this to me. I'd recommend people to come to this dealership if they didn't do this TRICK. More

They added extra fees that was not agreed upon. Asked for the OTD number and was given that. But when signing paperwork there was additional fees I never agreed upon. Tried to tell the finance but they tried to argue with me. It still fit my budget so I bought it. Worst mistake ever. Is being 9 weeks and my title and registration is still in “process “. And went I came to get an update they give me the round about and say they will came me back. But they never do and I have to call back every time just to be put on hold for 30 mins and told they are busy and someone will call me back. And they don’t just a big ole looop. Run from this place and go somewhere else More
