We apologize that you felt pressured to purchase a vehicle you inquired on through the internet. Here at Lexus of Brookfield, we do not "pressure" anyone to purchase, we simply advise them and follow their lead. When speaking with our internet specialist you expressed great interest in this vehicle and scheduled a test drive appointment that same day. With our vehicles being priced below the market average online, our inventory sells quickly. We are 100% transparent with our customers. Therefore, Dale informed you that there were many other customers interested in the same vehicle. We did listen to the recorded phone calls and there was no evidence of “pressure” tactics to force you to purchase the vehicle. We do offer protection packages to our customers to help protect their investment. Your specific vehicle does have the remote start and our technology specialist did go over the full features of the vehicle before you took delivery. We understand not all information presented to the customer about the vehicles features its retained, so we do offer follow up phone calls with questions about your vehicle. If you would like, we would be happy to set up an additional appointment with Wade to go over your vehicle. There was an 8-day period from the day you purchased the vehicle, to the day you took delivery of the vehicle. Before you took delivery of your vehicle, there was no discussion about you not wanting the vehicle, or any discussion about you being unhappy about the process. If for some reason you didn't feel comfortable with this vehicle, or with anything else for that matter, we could have showed you other vehicles that may have worked for you. After you took delivery you did call us and inform us that the vehicle doesn't meet your needs. We did offer options of purchasing your vehicle back from you. Ultimately, we are shocked you have written a poor review. We took time to show you multiple vehicles in our inventory, inform you that multiple customers are also interested in the vehicle so you didn't miss out on an opportunity, went over protection plans to protect your vehicle, and had our tech specialist go over the vehicles options with you so you were comfortable before taking delivery. Also, as a gift we presented you a dozen roses and congratulated you on your new vehicle.
