Larry walked us through the process and explained everything we were doing. He made us feel very comfortable about owning a Lexus from the test drive to closing the transaction. Mr. Kyle Armo was very helpful as well making sure everything was going okay. We also purchased an extra set of floor mats and the parts department they are great. The entire staff is great. This was our first Lexus and will not be our last from Lexus of Chattanooga. Overall a great dealership and great automobiles. More
