Purchase of a 2017 new RX 450 H We were very impressed with the sales staff, particularly Joe Malley. We also had initial dealings with Christina who was very helpful. Between Joe, Christina (and others we later learned) a new RX 450H was located for us. The turnaround on pickup day was quick and efficient. Tom Martellacci was very personable and efficient with our transaction. Not at all pushy! In both sales and the business department, they let their products speak for themselves. We had previously purchased two Lexus vehicles from DE but this experience was by far the best. Hoping their service department is just as efficient and capable. Would highly recommend them. More

5th new Lexus purchased from Chester Springs I recently leased a new 2018 ES to replace my 2015 at the end of that lease. I worked with Jim and Lenny and completed the paperwork with Tom. Jim tailored the delivery to meet my needs as I already knew how to operate most of the features. Lenny and Tom were cordial and a pleasure to work with. Did this for about three days (back and forth) - because I lived 3 hours away from this dealership and wanted to have a lot established before I made the drive. Finally, the drive was made and I was put into the hands of Mary Ann. She was an automotive professional dealer if there ever was one. She new the answers to everything. Christina looked after my dog while Mary Ann taught us all about the ES and worked up all the details to my satisfaction. All my experiences with the Chester Springs dealership was positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them. More

Took all my information, started the search for what I wanted. I walked in the door, Christina was there and placed me in the capable hands of Joseph Malley. After repeated ES350 finds, one was found and shipped in from Ohio. Joseph fully explained all the automobiles details. I left with a new car, and a big smile on my face.
