Before deciding what I wanted to do upon my lease end, Michael Green and Virginia Poole were both so wonderful to show me other cars to help make my decision. I was really tempted to switch to that FABULOUS new LC500. Wow, what a piece of work that car is. Never had a car excite me like that one and then I decided to be reasonable and kind to the car. An LC500 doesn’t want to be driven by a little grey headed woman like me that NEVER exceeds the speed limit and comes to a COMPLETE stop at every stop sign. So in the end, I decided to purchase my RC350 and leave that LC500 for the more adventursom driver! Oh if I were only younger that car would have been mine. Shaun Bozorg handled my lease buyout transaction and truly could not have been any nicer to work with. He did everything he could to make this transaction as easy as possible and definitely went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend Shaun and the entire staff at Lexus of Melbourne. I’ll never go anywhere else! More

I had to get Takata airbags replaced and waited for the replacement in the waiting area. The chairs were super comfy. There was a large complimentary refreshment area, massage chairs, and cell charging stations but I didn’t make use of them. My repair took about 2.5 hours and I used the Guest internet to work while I waited. When they finished, I was returned my vehicle after it had been washed, vacuumed, and topped off with gas. Excellent experience! More
