"45,000 mile maintenance "

The service representative recommended and advised me on my service. The service was professionally performed and fairly quick. The service rep did advise me that I’m close on tires and brakes. He had the tire and brake measurements. He also had the price that it would cost to get those items fixed. I really appreciated his knowledge and having all the information on-hand. The prices were very competitive plus you have the confidence that Lexus IS doing the work. I’m getting the work done on the next visit. I appreciate the heads up. Great service.

"Excellent service as always"

Ruben is my service manager and I took my 18 lease RX 350 in for 6 month service and Ruben was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. Took it home and noticed a vibration in the tires and took it back, they spent 2 hours balancing and adjusting them so now my RX rides even better than when I first got her in April. Thank you Ruben! You folks rock!

Steve was the ultimate professional from contact thru completion of service. Facility was impressive also. Only had one issue: This was my wife's car and I always keep it topped up for her. I noticed she had 1/2 tank of gas and on the way home I tried to fill it up, but to my surprise the tank was full. Thank you! Fred Bogle

I was able to schedule an appointment for service quickly and not wait two weeks or longer to bring the car in. I was also able to get a loaner so I didn’t have to sit all day in the waiting room. I have serviced both my cars at the dealership for years and all repairs and service have been done timely with no need to return for further repairs or service. Have always had a great experience at this dealership.
