He was as helpful in answering questions about their used Lexus models as he was about the 2011 models. He never tried to steer us toward any particular type or model year of car. All the staff at this dealership treated us as customers rather than a bother. We closed our deal on a new Lexus over the telephone on a Monday evening and they had the car ready for us to pick up the next morning. They were attentive to every detail and took great care in making sure my wife was happy with her new car. I have purchased over 30 automobiles and this was the easiest and by far the most pleasant experience I've had.
