I was sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction. It is our top priority to provide the highest level of customer service to each of our guests and more importantly to ensure their safety. As you know, front and rear brake service was performed on your 2007 IS 250 and your Lexus met all rigorous factory requirements and state guidelines to pass Massachusetts Vehicle Safety Inspection. To address your concerns, however, we extended an invitation for a road test together with our Master Diagnostic Technician but you declined. Rather, you requested we replace your front and rear rotors without any further diagnostic work by our factory trained Lexus Certified Service team. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor a request like yours as it is simply not justified. If you would like to speak further regarding your concerns, I can be reached at (508) 870-3222.
