I came in with a battery overheating challenge with my 2022 Lexus, and they kept it for more than a few days trying to figure it out. Bought my used vehicle from out of state as I have done many times before, and when comparing my buying experience with previous purchases from other dealerships I was completed disappointed from the first many times before, and when comparing my buying experience with previous purchases from other dealerships I was completed disappointed from the first contact to the last. The negotiation took a week and that was just one counter offer. The salesperson kept telling me they had to deal with other customers first. I get that, but totally felt like I was discounted, and in person customers or several days took precedent over returning my phone call or email. When they did talk it was about how they had been in the business for thirty years, and she was the best ever at what she does. When in fact, she was not attentive, and blamed everything on her boss saying it was out of her control….everything. As for the boss, he was somewhat helpful, but it took me calling in several days to ask why a car I had paid for shipping and all, was sitting on his lot instead of being transported. He told me 3x someone had arrived to take the car, and then refused to accept it. Finally after pressing him, he made a call to the company, and oddly enough 9 days later the vehicle finally shipped. The communication from beginning to end was terrible. If you go in person you might have better luck, but if you are buying over the phone BEWARE…it is g]owing to be a long unnecessary process with terrible communication. I usually never write Reviews good or bad things happen, but I wasn’t treated very nice for a m$70k purchase. My next stop will be Yelp 👎🏻 One final thing, every car I have bought in 42 years9about 30), they have always filled the tank before delivery….not Lexus of Oxnard barely a quarter tank upon delivery. Quit cutting corners and providing crappy service. More
