He takes his time explaining whatever the service of the day is. Cars aren’t my thing and he doesn’t throw lingo at me then expect me to sign. V is prompt and keeps me in the loop. If there are ever any issues, he is quick with solutions and I always drive off happy. My husband is jealous because he doesn’t get that quality of service when he takes his car in to his unnamed dealership. Lol. He’s going to end up buying a Lexus SUV, he just doesn’t know it, yet. Great follow thru between initial contact thru to shipment from Japan to the USA, then shipment from the Port of Long Beach to Lexus of Sacramento a Great follow thru between initial contact thru to shipment from Japan to the USA, then shipment from the Port of Long Beach to Lexus of Sacramento and finally to vehicle pick-up. The amount of paperwork for a cash purchase is ridiculous. Only a house purchase is worse. But the Finance Manager made it a bit smoother (still a silly amount of paperwork). More
