I was told that it would take about 1 1/2 hours and it was ready exactly on time. Pete McConnell is the consummate professional. He carefully explained what was done and what would be coming up in the future with the approximate cost! Amazing! I have trusted Lexus of Serramonte for years. Finally, the facility is an incredibly clean and comfortable environment to pass a few hours with wi fi! More

Beware if purchasing a car from this dealership . They offered us a $1000.00 discount off of the advertised price for a used 2015 Lexus GS350 if we purchased it that day. We went that day and purc . They offered us a $1000.00 discount off of the advertised price for a used 2015 Lexus GS350 if we purchased it that day. We went that day and purchased it. The contract did not reflect the discount and due to various distractions we didn't notice it until the next morning. We brought it to their attention that morning and they said they would look into it. Here it is 2 months later, after many phone calls and emails to 3 different people at the dealership, Sonic Corp. customer relations and Lexus customer relations, they admitted to offering us the discount and agreed that we were charged $1000.00 too much but they are not going to give us a refund or compensate us in any way. We like car that we purchased but are very unhappy with this Sonic dealership. They are not honest and lack integrity. Beware! More

Some of them gave us a ridiculous price, while the other just ignored us. Then my family's friend recommend us go to Lexus of Serramonte. We called Clarissa, and asked her about the car we want. When we arrived, Clarissa even had our desired car ready for us to check and try. Her price was really fair, compare with other dealerships. Though we drove two hours to Lexus of Serramonte, the experience we had was really pleasant, and the car we bought was beautiful. I highly recommend Clarissa if you are looking to buy a luxury car with fair price and luxury experience. More
