This is my second Lexus lease. Both times my salesmen were Robert J. Rossworn. The first reason I returned to Lexus is due to the outstanding service I received from Mr. Rossword and this Lexus Dealersh were Robert J. Rossworn. The first reason I returned to Lexus is due to the outstanding service I received from Mr. Rossword and this Lexus Dealership. Three years ago was the first time I leased a car and it was my first Lexus. I am not an easy person to please; I must say Mr. Rossword exceeded my expectations in dealing with a Car salesman and dealership. When I was ready to pick up my new car Mr. Rossworn introduced me to Mr. Michael Mandolese, he was the person to introduce me to all the features in my new car. Mr. Mandolese was also very helpful and did an excellent job helping me understand all the sophisticated features in the Lexus SE350. I will most likely continue to be a Lexus owner due to the out standing service I received from both Mr. Rossword and Mr. Mandolese and the excellent customer service of this dealership. I must say the Lexus SE350 is a great car and I feel safe it. More

I cannot say enough about Abbas. He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous,and pleasant. His knowledge of the products is fantanstic. He explains everything in detail. Most of all, he will ask "what are you looking for in an automobile?" The other thing that is impressive is the fact that he knows about the competitor's products. He spends time with you without seeming that he is rushing you. Onve you have made contact with Abbas, he will always greet you whenever he sees you in the dealership. If you arew there for service he will see if everything s going OK. He will ask is ther anything you need to know about your car. I have been directly involved with three other people who have purchased cars from Lexus of Smithtown, a total of 5 cars. My brother-in-law will be coming in next week. I have given him Abbas' business card. Kudos to Lexus of Smithtown for having Abbas Rajani and Bob Rossworn on their staff. The sales person, Arjun Vir was outstanding and exceptionally patient, honest, experienced, and I was very happy with all aspects of this dealership. The sales person, Arjun Vir was outstanding and exceptionally patient, honest, experienced, and willing to listen to all our concerns and desires for a new vehicle. We were merely shopping for possible upcoming vehicle when we visisted this dealership, but he sold us and are very pleased to have chosen a Lexus RX350. The financial individual, Dolores Russell was realistic and the numbers didn't change from looking at a vehicle to signing and driving away.A FIRST FOR US I MUST SAY. When delivering the car Arjun Vir went over EVERYTHING about the car and we walked away feeling very comfortable about its use and operating systems. When walking about the showroom everyone greeted us with a "HELLO" which was extremely refreshing. As we waited in the parking lot on a Sunday morning a salesman even came outside to see if we needed assistance, we explained we were merely waiting for the dealership to open and he invited us in early. Bob Rossworn was a gentleman from the beginning to the end of the transaction. Although The ladies who handled the administrative part of the deal were very helpful. When I picked up the car, Joe Giaquinto delivered the car to me and was extremely helpful in instructing me relative to all aspects of the vehicle. In fact, I was able to call Joe the next day with some follow-up questions and he couldn't have been more courteous or professional. Bob was also very informative during my test drive which was one of the reasons I purchased the car from Lexus of Smithtown. In closing, everyone I interacted with at the dealership was professional, courteous and went out of their way to make this purchase a pleasant experience. I have bought many new cars in my lifetime but was never treated with the kindness and respect I was at Lexus of Smithtown. More
