Our overall experience with Lexus of Thousand Oaks was just as we expected it to be. The luxury vehicle can sell itself, but the customer service we received took our experience over the top. We were not pressured or hassled, and no haggling was needed as we were given the best price from the start. And then there was Julie—our Technology Specialist. We drove our new car for several weeks before meeting with her to go over features of the car. We loved our car before we met with her, but we loved it even more afterwards. Reading the manual was daunting, so it was sooooo helpful to have Julie’s personal service and attention. She was very organized in her approach to explaining things, she was patient and thorough, offered easy and fun ways to remember things, and knew exactly when to stop to avoid memory overload. She is fun, friendly, and so comfortable to work with. We are looking forward to a follow-up session with her to learn even more about what our car can do to enhance our driving experience. Julie and the entire Lexus dealership is a class act!!!
