Disappointing visit so far, I had been very pleased with this dealership. My most recent visit, to test drive a used car, was very disappointing. The car, a 2016 GS35 so far, I had been very pleased with this dealership. My most recent visit, to test drive a used car, was very disappointing. The car, a 2016 GS350 AWD was wonderful. It checked off almost all the boxes on my wish list. As I had a bit of extra time, I even had them appraise my current vehicle, a 2009 GS350 AWD as a potential trade-in. And when it got to money, the whole thing fell apart. The sales person was telling me why their vehicle was appropriately valued, USED, at $41,900, including that the certification process adds thousands of dollars of value, when the vast majority of 2016's are in the mid-30's. Sorry, not buying it. And then their used car sales manager says that the value of my car, is $3,000. I call B.S. This is so low as to be insulting. I will clearly not ever be trading in any vehicle at any time, ever. It will take a lot for me to consider buying something. More
