When I first came to just look at a Lexus RX350, I couldn't believe how all the salespeople were friendly, helpful but certainly not pushy. I decided to test drive one and was put into contact with the salesperson, Greg Loop. Immediately, I could tell he was an honest individual just by the sincere way he talked with me and was interested in me. I had come in with my son and he made both of us feel like important customers. When I was contemplating purchasing the car, Greg put me into contact with the sales manager, Brian Gratti to see if we could work out the cost that would be manageable for me. When the purchase price was agreed upon, Gregg spent another 3 hours with me making sure I was comfortable with all the many "gadgets" that I had never seen before. I traded in my 1997 Olds Cutlass Supreme which in that day was a deluxe car but didn't have anything except the basics. Gregg also introduced me to the service manager who took the time to stop and talk and once again make me feel important in the purchase of my car. I think Lexus of Wayzata is extremely lucky to have a sales person like Gregg Loop on their team. I highly recommend Lexus of Wayzata for their great customer service and I highly recommend working with Gregg. Needless to say, it was a wonderful hassel-free experience. More

Prior to going to the dealership I dealt with a gentleman named Tom, who I really didn't care for much. I was also put in contact with one of the sales managers, unfortunately don't know his name, and I tho named Tom, who I really didn't care for much. I was also put in contact with one of the sales managers, unfortunately don't know his name, and I thought he was terrible...kind of a xxxxx. Thankfully those two were there when I went to test drive the car. I worked with Greg Loop, who I really enjoyed working with. The sales manager that helped finalize the deal was actually friendly too (obviously not the same one that I spoke to on the phone. Overall, I think it was a pretty fare deal on the car they sold and my trade in. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience yet. I look forward to buying another one from them in a few years. Do yourself a favor and look for Greg Loop when you go there. More
I owned a Lexus GX470 for six years and had really great luck with it.Unfortunately, I made a bad decision to switch to an Audi Q7. What a mistake that was! Audi service was horrible at best. I was really impressed when I came for a oil change, and simply because there was a minor recall on the vehicle, which they of took Care right away...they also topped off my gas tank just there was a recall on the vehicle. I told all my friends about this And they could not believe it. I can honestly say my recent car purchase was the best experience yet with Lexus. I was fortunate to have two Sales Executive Working with me. Both Greg and Jim were extremely professional in making sure I was able to purchase the right Lexus For me.
