First time service since 7 years with Keeler Motors. This is the first Honda that I have purchased from Lia My first was from Keeler. I had rec'd such good service from Keeler that I was tempted to not This is the first Honda that I have purchased from Lia My first was from Keeler. I had rec'd such good service from Keeler that I was tempted to not break from them. On the first maintenance that was due , I decided to give Lia a try. Dealer Service Depts have always been like a Root Canal for me over the last 60 years. I was greeted and served by Rodney Curl. He was very polite, attentive,and made me feel like I was important to him .My service took a longer time than was feasible So he came to me to explained that there was a recall on my rear window switches that he wanted to fix first, saving me a trip in the future. After it was all over I was completely satisfied with the one on one that I rec'd from Rodney and Lia. Since I never had to grit my teeth , I will stay with Lia and Rodney in the future.
