"SEARCH FOR HELP"

WE PURCHASED A PRIUS PRIME ADVANCED VEHICLE. I FOUND DIFFICULTY IN USING THE COMPUTERIZED ACCESSORIES. HAVING READ MOST, IF NOT ALL, OF THE 5 BOOKS THAT CAME WITH THE CAR I STILL WAS UNABLE TO USE THE ACCESSORIES. I TRIED ASKING THE SALES DEPARTMENT AND TWO GENTLEMEN COULD NOT HELP. THEY REFERRED ME TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FIRST SERVICE PERSON COULD NOT HELP. THEN I MET SID NARENDRA AND HE SOLVED MY PROBLEM. AFTER THE FIRST EPISODE I HAD A SECOND PROBLEM AND I CALLED SID IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE HE IS PATIENT, COURTEOUS, AND INTELLIGENT. HE WAS ABLE TO THINK ABOUT WAYS TO DEAL WITH THE CARS COMPUTERS. HE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS BUT HE WANTED TO HELP ME AND HE DID. YOUR ENTIRE STAFF SHOULD BE TRAINED AND THEN BE PREPARED TO FOLLOW SID'S EXAMPLE.

"Unfriendly atmosphere "

Manager mike presented his self very unprofessional and rude, me and my husband went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle and found out it's used so my husband looked up the value and told the sales person who then looked up the value and came back with the same we found out. Sales guy went to his manager. The manager came out and spoke to us in a very rude tone of voice and turned and walk away. I find this hard to believe and mostly seem like he judge us as if we don't have money to purchase the vehicle as little as he knew I currently own several new vehicle and looking to own a truck. This is why you don't hire lunatic to be in a manager position very unprofessional experience will never purchase another vehicle from Lia Toyota.

"Prius Check up"

Robyn Ashley did a terrific job getting my car in and out of the shop and making sure that I was happy with the service. This is the 2nd time that Robyn has been my service consultant. Both times, she kept me well informed of what was going on and, in the 1st case, went the extra mile to look up the warranty information on the broken part.

"Love Lia Toyota"

I have always had excellent service at Lia Toyota!! I appreciate reminders of when service is due and find it very easy schedule appointments on line. The service people have always been very helpful and courteous. The waiting area is clean, neat, customer friendly, and treat and beverages if you're feeling hungry! This week I noticed a slice on my front tire and went to Lia without an appointment. The service tech, Mike, was very helpful and got my damaged tire replaced and ready to roll, even though they were super busy and it was late afternoon when I got there. I will definitely go to Lia again when I need another new car!

"Annual Service"

Brought my car to Lia because my dealer was closed due to a fire. I had no problem scheduling service when I wanted, and they sent me reminder texts of my appointment. I was greeted promptly by Vanessa. She noted that my inspection was due next month and she suggested that I may want to do it now to save a trip later, which made great sense. She checked and found that there was a recall on my vehicle. It was in for the one year service, so they did the annual service, inspection, and the recall work. It was completed in about an hour. It is a very low mileage vehicle so she had someone adjust the service light icon so that it would not tell me I needed service when I reached the mileage threshold since the required service had already been done. The waiting area is very comfortable. It was ToyotaCare service so I can't really comment on the prices charged. I was very satisfied with the experience.
