Our salesperson was extremely helpful, easy going, and didn't pressure us, we really appreciated his attitude during the whole process. We had just left the Toyota dealer and had a terrible experience. We did get an awesome deal on our Forester, but the other reason we bought it was because the team at Liberty Bay didn't jerk us around or make us wait for hours. They were very fast yet concentrated on us. Liberty Bay was very fair and reasonable with the negotiation and our trade in. Overall this was the best car buying experience we ever had. Everyone at Liberty Bay was very nice, and I can only guess it starts with the top down because before we left, we met Tom Diefendorf, General Manager, and he was so nice. He gave us his business card with cell phone number on it so that we could call him anytime if we needed anything. This is a great place to buy a car! Thank you! More

My wife and I had a great experience buying a 2006 Jeep Commander from this dealership. In general, I do not enjoy buying cars, but working with Liberty Bay was much better than the average car dealership Commander from this dealership. They treated us fairly, did not employ ANY hard sell tactics and executed the sales transaction in a reasonable amount of time (i.e. we didn't sit there for 90 minutes waiting to see the finance manager). We talked to Paul on the phone before driving over to Poulsbo and they stood behind everything they agreed to on the phone. Then, we worked with Sean Green at the dealership and he was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He sent pictures of us with our new car and gave a personal touch to our purchasing experience. We got a fair price on the car. There are a couple of scratches on the car and I was hoping that they would have them touched up as a part of the purchase, but they decided to charge us for that. That was the only issue we had during the purchase process. Overall, I will reiterate that it was a great experience and we will definitely go back to Liberty Bay Auto Center the next time we are in the market for a used car. More
