I was disappointed in the service department this trip. I had an appointment at 10:00 & I arrived a little early. I did not get away until almost 1:30! I have a 2008 Cadillac DTS that I have had serviced at Coulter Cadillac. The service was always very satisfactory. I discovered through a neighbor that Bruce had joined Liberty Buick as Service Manager, so I visited Bruce and he assured me that Liberty could service my Cadillac for both maintenance and any warranty work, hence I am now coming to Liberty. I brought my Buick Lucerne to Liberty Service Department because the condition of the battery, It was the original battery and I suspected a weakness. The battery which was still in warranty was defective. A new battery was installed at no cost to me. What a pleasant surprise. I could not have been treated better.
