If I could leave - stars I would. .!! After being a customer for over 20 years I'm done with this dealership. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they .!! After being a customer for over 20 years I'm done with this dealership. Having my trucks serviced here L.O.F. with tire rotations sometimes they don't rotate the tires so I learned to mark the two front tires with chalk. When I pick up the truck that's the first thing I look for. The last occasion I went in for a L.O.F., they didn't rotate the tires, didn't grease the tie rod ends. I went back inside to talk with the service manager and he all but called me a liar when I said they skipped these two service items. When got him off his xxx to take a look at the truck, it took about 45 minutes to get it back inside to correct the issues. He made no effort what so ever to appologize for the lack of attention to the service. I requested on three occasions to talk with the general manager but he would not see or talk with me. Be VERY, VERY careful if you bring your vehicle in for service. I have move on to having my trucks serivced at Albrecht GMC in Wakefield. New customers receive a free L.O.F. Have been there twice and they are professionals. Liberty Chevrolet is in the BUSH League compared to Albrecht GMC. General Motors Regional Offices should take a hard look at how Liberty Chevrolet operates. More

Good Management, the manager was very welcoming and professional. Finance guy (Blake) very professional and quick. BUT Don't deal with the guy named Ben (with the small beard). If you happen to go to Liberty Chevrolet stay away from the young Ben, the office right at the entrance door. When they Figured it out that I was not spending my money with them they started to be xxxxxxxx then they couldn’t give me a check that day after he said he would, had to go back to get it and their was more excuses why they couldn’t give it to me that day so then I had to drive all the way up there again to get the check finally was about to call the attorney general if they did not give me the check that day. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I would not go myself even if it was the last car dealership in the world. More
