Used experience off brand I bought a used 2017 Jeep from them on 2/9. The price was on point, pointed out some flaws. Figured it would be rectified by Monday. Come Monday, go to pick up the dealership cars not ready, it failed inspection. Ok manager offered a detail and my first months payment as a make up. Sounds good, let’s just say the follow up was subpar I ended up having to do the legwork with Jeep. Get the Jeep back on Friday it’s still can’t pass inspection because the battery was disconnected again. So now I have to come back on Tuesday. In the meantime when I pick up the car on that Friday I find a paint chipped, manager offered to replace it. Ok again I’m agitated but says he’ll order the touch up paint for me. In the meantime as I get home i start to inspect the car a bit more my wife notices my headrest restraint has been popped out, I find the rocker panel broken and the screws not even in the hole. I go back on Tuesday and advise them while I’m getting inspected how much of a nightmare this has been for me. I find the brakes have been squealing too, advise them of that told they are brand new and that it could be just dust. This is the course of four days. Settled on a date to drop off my car on 3/5 while I’m away to get the panel replaced and the touch up. Advised them I would need it back that Friday 3/8. Fast forward to 2/16 again inspecting the car I find a lugnut missing on the rear wheels. Purchased myself, but still again who’s looking over these cars they are selling. 2/26 driving back from meetings brakes start to grind. Call the dealership to meet the service manager advise him of what’s going on and he provides me a loaner and takes the Jeep in. Throughout this purchase the only one to actually follow up without me reaching out was Amando. Thank you Amando. Car back in the shop until 2/28 all replaced. 3/5 as requested I drop my car off and take a loaner I’m traveling it’s not going to do much might as well. Reach out on 3/7 to make sure everything is all set no response until Friday. Told it’s not ready until Saturday after 3. Saturday rolls around I’ve changed my schedule for them multiple times over the course of a month. I sit down with the two managers I ask for an additional months payment and I’m greeted with an emphatic no, Carlos the used sales manager wants me to recognize how he’s gone above and beyond for me. Saying it’s wear and tear etc, etc. we point/counter-point each other until I just gave up it wasn’t worth it I’m behind as it is, but I will leave them you with this None of this is on the customer, don’t want to deal with it, don’t sell a used car end of story. Though grateful for the loaner cars don’t make this like you are a hero, your not. To say to a customer “you bought a used car what do you expect” is one thing but don’t cut the customer off on why he’s frustrated to a point he says okay I’ve had enough of you. The work was never the issue the follow ups and missed timelines was my issue with you. If it’s going to be late then tell the customer don’t expect them to just shrug their shoulders and be like ok. I’ve been to your dealership 7 times in a 30 day time period for a myriad of things, you had possession of my purchase for 10 total days in a 30 day time period how would someone not be upset. Until you understand that then I would never change my opinion of this place. More

Quick friendly service We booked an oil change online with the dealership we bought our SUV from. However, when we showed up to the appointment, they didn't have our appoin We booked an oil change online with the dealership we bought our SUV from. However, when we showed up to the appointment, they didn't have our appointment in their system. We were going to have to wait several hours for an oil change. We couldn't do that so I called Liberty Chevrolet and spoke with Ed in the Service Dept. He said they could take us right in. Not only did they do an change the oil. They fixed a recall issue and also washed and vacuumed the car all within less time from than previous dealership would have done. Needless to say we will only go to Liberty Chevrolet from now on. Oh, did I mention it was a Saturday morning when they are probably were at their busiest time and they still got this all done for us. Thank you very much! Tommy D. More

Liberty Chevrolet screwed me I purchased a used suburban .We bought the extended warranty as well .I should have known from the start there would be issues .It was misrepresented. I purchased a used suburban .We bought the extended warranty as well .I should have known from the start there would be issues .It was misrepresented.Showed it being ferried and full warranty .When we went to buy it that changed .I should have left then but no I got it anyway .Few weeks later the engine light is on zGood thing I got the extended warranty .I only got take for 250 on that deal the insurance company took the 5,500 hit to rebuild the engine .This is after when I got the tru k I was told how liberty goes through every little thing before selling it ..Couple weld go by the light is on again .I spend a week calling leaving messages .At that point I demand to bring it in and I’m aloud too.Fyi most calls not returned .I drop it off and I’m told it’s like 1,300 .the lines are leaking to the engine and transmission.Same ones that where fine that liberty had to remove and work around to fix thw precious engine problem .Also the oil sensor needed to be fixed .I tell the guy hey it’s under my warranty .Im told they won’t cover it .It was fine apparently the insurance company feels no it’s from last time it’s not new .I argue and I’m told it will be an even grand to fix .thw supervisors lowered it down for me ..Car is there gets worked on .I leave a few messages no call back .I drop it Monday .Finally Friday after I leave a message saying I’m. Or happy I get a call back .I then pick up the truck .Over all I would never go back here .Not to buy or fix my vehicle .I feel that you buy and then nobody wants to know you .I was told I had theee free oil changes to make up for the previous mistake on the warranty .this was from the original sale .I tell everyone .Im told well the sale rep needs to pay for it .Perfect I’m going to chase a guy for fifty bucks .I know the car is used and only 25 grand .I was looking to form a relationship as I’m in need of new trucks for my business.The typical stereotypes you here about buying a used car .I look at for a grand I know now to never go back .Owe one last thing the final bill was more than a thousand .Figure you should know .I mean to the last second it was bad More
