"They are professional and know your MAZDA!"

I went in for a check engine light and tom helped me ,he was very understanding of my issues and helpful. (i did not expect the issue and was in a hurry to leave) They were able to get the cause figured out in about an hour and for a reasonable; amount. They even gave me a free loaner while the work was performed because parts had to be ordered. The next day i picked up my mazda 3 and it looked and ran like new- great job liberty!

"drive as far away from this place as your car will take you"

it's a shame one can't give no stars at all, because that would most appropriately convey my feelings about these guys. both the service techs i dealt with and the manager, tom, we're at best indifferent and dismissive, and at worse openly hostile. they kept me waiting an hour with no word about the status of my car, and only when i went and asked did i learn they couldn't locate the part i had ordered (and confirmed last week). when they did locate it, they informed me it would be $150 for the simple fix, not the $35 i was quoted when making the appointment. they wanted to go ahead and fix it, but i wasn't about to pay that, so i asked for my car back. they told me they had already opened it up. i said put it back, i'm leaving. incredibly, i got home to find that but only did they fail to fix anything, they actually damaged my car. i had gone in to get the trunk release button fixed. it still worked, but had pushed through the hole in the body, so you had to stick your finger into it to release the trunk. now, the button is gone. when i called to ask what had happened, manager tom tried to blame me. i cannot believe these jokers. save yourself time and money and endless frustration and ask a local toddler for assistance. they'll likely be more helpful.

"Excellent Service While Waiting"

I'm incredibly happy with the Service Department at Liberty Mazda. Their online booking system is easy to use, and even if it appears to be booked up they will still work to find time over the phone. I've had our Mazda 3 serviced twice now and Howard has taken the time to package all of my requests as best as possible to find the best savings. Additionally, he provided consistent and clear communication about how long the service would take, and any issues found during the appointment. Liberty Mazda has a quiet lounge for waiting with high-speed internet and comfortable seats. Additionally, there is a desk area with plenty of outlets, so I was able to complete a music project in no time at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Liberty Mazda Service Department to my friends and family. Well done!

"Mazda 6 purchase"

This is the second car I've purchased at Liberty Mazda. Both experiences have been excellent and I have been very well taken care of throughout. I recently stopped by for a service and decided to look at some of the newer models as my wife and I had been discussing it for a few weeks anyways. While looking around, I encountered Al Blank who was very helpful in assisting me to narrow down the choices I was contemplating. On my first purchase, I had dealt with another salesman who was no longer there (also a good experience). Al was very helpful and very friendly and was able to get me into a newer, better model without changing my current car payment significantly. He also made sure that everything from their end was handled seamlessly. The registration, new plates, and even the insurance company was a breeze as he had taken care to dot all of the "i"s and cross all of the "t"s. The sales manager was also a great guy who went to great lengths to work with Al to ensure I would be happy with the car I was purchasing. Overall, it was a great experience.

"Service Dept. was excellent"

I recently brought my 2011 Mazda CX9 in for a repair which I thought wouldn't be covered because I was over the miles for my Powertrain warranty. In speaking with the Tom Robinson (Service Advisor) he advised me to bring it in. Mazda has recently extended the warranty on the Transfer Case because of some issues. The repair was covered and Tom was excellent to deal with really listened to my concerns. I would highly recommend the Service Dept. and happy Mazda stood behind their product. "Tom in service is OUTSTANDING"

I have been to many dealers to have my car serviced over the years.. Tom at Liberty Mazda is the best service professional I have ever dealt with! Not only is he friendly,calm and efficient, he goes out of his way to make sure you are treated well. He is so attentive and helpful that you truly feel as if you are his family!!! I will never go any where else to get my car serviced!!!!

"NOT HONEST, OVER PRICED, UNORGANIZED, AND OUTDATED"

I went in for service for the first time and let me just say I circled the building 2 TIMES until I finally decided to park and go inside and speak to someone. No one was kind enough to come outside and tell me the procedure. I stood there for about 10 minutes until I was greeted. The guys was talking about sports and the girl behind the desk, maybe cashier was on the phone. Finally I was acknowledged and helped. I was quoted " a little over an hour," it took them 2 hours to tell me what was wrong. My left outer tie rod end needed to get replaced and aligned. I was told that it was unsafe to drive. Therefore I had them do the repairs for my car. About $250.00 and 3 hours later my car was finished. When I got home I looked through my old paperwork and found that I had my right outer tie rod end replaced at another mazda dealership and found they only charged me $50 for labor where liberty charged me $105!!! I thought ALL mazda dealerships had the same RATES???When I called I was told different! This dealership is like a hot dog stand compared to Ira Mazda that closed down. Even worse, when I called around to ask for others opinions 2 out of 3 garages told me that outer tie rod ends is not a safety issue. I FELT I WAS LIED TO, RIPPED OFF, AND INSULTED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO LIBERTY FOR SERVICE. I DON'T KNOW HOW IT IS IN SALES, BUT I WILL NEVER FIND OUT. I AM TRULY DISGUSTED WITH THIS PLACE. IF NO STAR WAS AN OPTION, THIS PLACE WOULD GET A NEGATIVE!
