I brought my car in for its 10,000 mile maintenance. Being that this is a new car, I was a little disappointed that it took as long as it did to rotate tires and change the oil without washing the car. Being that this is a new car, I was a little disappointed that it took as long as it did to rotate tires and change the oil without washing the car. (If I would have known it wasn't going to be washed, I would have taken it to the car wash before taking it in since I had an appointment later that day.) There might have been other things done and checked, but the person dealing with me told me that the only actual things that needed to be "done" to the car were the tire rotation and oil change. I waited for over two and a half hours. The stars are for the people with whom I dealt. They were quite pleasant. More
