It is with pleasure that we write to you to celebrate the work of sales consultant, Norm Wiegand. We initially met Norm in December after an initial interest in a vehicle we found online that was at your dealership. When we came in to test drive it, it was apparent that it was missing a few of the features we desired in a vehicle. With the knowledge of our specifications and desires, Norm diligently searched for a vehicle that met our needs. We were more than pleased when he located a 2010 Buick Enclave with the color and features that we wanted this past week. Throughout the entire process, Norm was patient, understanding, and fair. He was prompt with e-mails and phone calls, and made every attempt to meet our individual needs. We are thrilled with our new vehicle and how easy the process was thanks to Norm. We realize that in the industry, Norm is a prime example of quality customer service. Moreover, we highly suspect that his work ethic is a strong reflection of his personal conviction. We will resist the temptation to delineate all of Norm’s outstanding attributes. Rather, we will summarize them as thus: he embodies all the positives features of a quality salesperson and outstanding individual: empathy and understanding, initiative and motivation, and organization and follow-through. As we finalized purchase of the vehicle, the finance staff was pleasant, find, and accommodating. There were even toys for our 19 month old daughter to play with as we met with the consultant. We left the dealership, with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations and an experience that was seamless and enjoyable. We beamed with smiles from ear to ear in our photograph with our new car in front of the lighthouse at LightHouse Automotive.

Bart Rinkenberger became known to me through interactions in the community of Morton. He is very personable. When there were used vehicles displayed on the lot that I was interested in, a call to Bart was returned with his cell phone number to call anytime. After talking we shared email information and Bart provided me links to all vehicle information, pictures, car fax report and owner history which he was aware of. This aided in the information gathering, and decision making process. A trip to the dealership on a rainy night to drive the vehicles was met with an invitation to bring the cars into the service area to look at them. Salesman Arlen Edelman was introduced, a decision was made, and a tentative deal was struck with a couple of items to iron out. The follow up was good. At the time of purchase some service work that we thought we would have to come back for was already done. This was vey convenient and unexpected. The car was nicely cleaned up which is very important to me! A tour of the facility virtually guaranteed all future service work will be completed at the dealership. Overall, a great car-buying experience.

Even for me there is a time when an upgrade in a car is in order. for some time I knew that I wanted a Buick Lucerne in the 2006 to 2008 range of model years. There are several Buick dealers in this immediate area, however Morton is a hotbed for Buick owners. Recently we noticed a nice variety of newer used cars on the lot at Lighthouse Automotive and checked them out on a Sunday. Appreciated that every car had pricing and a detailed spec sheet posted, with many of the cars GM Certified. A call to Bart Rinkenberger got a return Email with full particulars on three vehicles that were of particular interest. We set a time to meet. Once at the dealership, Bart introduced me to salesperson Arlen Edleman. I found all the personnel at the dealership friendly, personable,energetic and knowledgeable. Arlen arranged for road tests on two of the models of my choice - one a 2007 model, the other a 2008. Both were Lucerne's. The ride was all that I had expected from a Buick. My trade was inspected and soon I had all the numbers I needed to know an out the door price on all three models. That is exactly what I wanted. The 2007 that we decided on had a few very minor issues. Pulsating brakes, corrosion on all four chrome wheels, and worn original tires were all addressed. The dealership tirned the brake rotors. The wheels were replaced under warranty($3,500.00). The dealership and myself split the cost of four new tires. Throughout the entire transaction the salesman kept me advised. The dealership arranged for me to close on our deal last Monday with the understanding that I would need to bring the car back when the wheels on order came in. When I arrived to get the car I was advised that the wheels had just come in, and by waiting only a few more minutes, the car would be fully set to drive out. That included a complete wash. I also had a chance to meet several of the service staff, had a tour of the service facility, and heard about some of the courtesy features provided by the service department. I do plan to use the dealership for ongoing routine service. I will also purchase an extended warranty on this vehicle as I do tend to keep vehicles longer than most folks. Everything about this entire transaction was handled 100% to my satisfaction. It was almost painless!

New vehicle purchase was easy and explanations were honest and quickly provided.
