It is with pleasure that we write to you to celebrate the work of sales consultant, Norm Wiegand. We initially met Norm in December after an initial interest in a vehicle we found online that was at your dealership. When we came in to test drive it, it was apparent that it was missing a few of the features we desired in a vehicle. With the knowledge of our specifications and desires, Norm diligently searched for a vehicle that met our needs. We were more than pleased when he located a 2010 Buick Enclave with the color and features that we wanted this past week.
Throughout the entire process, Norm was patient, understanding, and fair. He was prompt with e-mails and phone calls, and made every attempt to meet our individual needs. We are thrilled with our new vehicle and how easy the process was thanks to Norm.
We realize that in the industry, Norm is a prime example of quality customer service. Moreover, we highly suspect that his work ethic is a strong reflection of his personal conviction. We will resist the temptation to delineate all of Norm’s outstanding attributes. Rather, we will summarize them as thus: he embodies all the positives features of a quality salesperson and outstanding individual: empathy and understanding, initiative and motivation, and organization and follow-through.
As we finalized purchase of the vehicle, the finance staff was pleasant, find, and accommodating. There were even toys for our 19 month old daughter to play with as we met with the consultant.
We left the dealership, with a vehicle that exceeded our expectations and an experience that was seamless and enjoyable. We beamed with smiles from ear to ear in our photograph with our new car in front of the lighthouse at LightHouse Automotive.
