"Exceptionall. Service"

I was treated like a valuable customer even though I only use their service about once a year. I bought my car nearly five years ago and have driven it less than 8000 miles. I am retired and have some health issues but do need to have a car I can rely on. These employees have always been polite and honest while keeping my car in excellent condition. They can be trusted to give you exceptional service!

The cars battery was in need of replacement. Cold cranking amps were way down. Called Lima Auto Mall and was able to get in for replacement before 5pm. This was like at 3pm same day. Real impressed with the service and speedy turn around. Thanks
