If there were negative stars I would mark them. We have got 5 cars from Taylors. You would think being loyal customers we would be treated and shown appreciation. Instead, we were given a warranty that w got 5 cars from Taylors. You would think being loyal customers we would be treated and shown appreciation. Instead, we were given a warranty that wasn't even what we were told, and instead of working with us basically told they are a dealership and is the way it is. The financial department seems to just want a sale. I would think customers that have come back and have referred others to them would be treated with some concern and appreciation. I would make sure you get in writing exactly what you are being offered not just told one thing and be given something else. More
