We have been customers here for years and have always been treated with complete respect and courteous. However today I had a scheduled service appointment at 9:30 & arrived about 5 minutes early, took f been treated with complete respect and courteous. However today I had a scheduled service appointment at 9:30 & arrived about 5 minutes early, took forever to get checked in because the girls at the counter have no clue as to what they are doing. In the process of all this I found out so much more...they had promoted Rudy and cut his pay, does that make sense, NO! So he quit, he was such an important part of the service department. When you have an appointment you don't think you are going to be setting for 3 hours, right. Well after 2 hours of waiting, I checked to see how much longer and was told that they hadn't even started and it would be another 30 minutes. This is absurd and I will not be doing business here any longer since they do not know what customer service is and I haven't even mentioned how rude the girls at the counter were to the customers because they didn't know what they were doing. An absolute xxxx show! Should really learn what customer service is and how to keep amazing employees. More
